is to help land owners maximize the long term value of their property by developing and managing premium vineyards. At the same time, we strive to help wineries produce world class wines from these vineyards by maximizing grape quality and creating mutually beneficial relationships.
Talley Custom Viticulture is owned by Brian, Todd and Ryan Talley.
Kevin Wilkinson serves as General Manager and oversees day-to-day operations. Kevin is the Vineyard Manager at Talley Vineyards. Before coming to work with the Talley family, he was the viticulturalist at Laetitia Vineyard and Winery. Kevin graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Science. Kevin is a licensed Pest Control Advisor.

Talley Custom Viticulture is a federal and state licensed Farm Labor Contractor that directly employs an experienced and knowledgeable team of people who develop, manage and care for vineyards. The company also owns its own state-of the-art vineyard equipment. Talley Custom Viticulture is therefore able to provide complete vineyard development and management services, including the following:

- All labor, materials and tools to care for vineyards. Talley Custom Viticulture is a federal and state licensed Farm Labor Contractor
- Sustainable and organic farming techniques appropriate to each vineyard site and the objectives of growers and winemakers
- Pest control scouting, spray recommendations, application of pesticides, state and county compliance with pesticide regulations
- Coordination between growers and winemakers of all harvest activities
- Crop size estimation
- GPS based vineyard mapping
- Development of farming budgets based on an assessment of the unique characteristics of each vineyard, as well as quality and production objectives
